Has Santa taken a bite of the cookies you left? Maybe had a little sip of the milk, too? What about the reindeer food, was that eaten up? These are all sweet signs that Santa’s Sleigh landed on your rooftop. Take it a step further, whether it’s a “sooty” kiss on your kid’s forehead or a snowy footprint next to the cookie plate, looking for signs that Santa really came to your house makes Christmas morning that much more magical!

Elizabeth’s Christmas Day Traditions

For Elizabeth, Ann + Reeves founder, Christmas consists of lots of family time, squeezing in trips to look at Christmas lights, visiting Santa at the Junior League of Houston, a trip to Neiman's to shop, and finding Christmas festivities all across their city. Their family enjoys each others’ company as they await the magic that is Christmas morning. On Christmas day, all of her family gathers to watch the little kids tear open Santa presents ending in a delicious Christmas breakfast! With the arrival of Margaret, Elizabeth started hosting this tradition for her family. After the morning, Elizabeth's parents, known as Nana and Gompie to Margaret, host the extended family for a gift exchange and yummy Christmas dinner. Elizabeth says her favorite part might be the chocolate pie!
