Artist Collabs

We are grateful to get to work with so many different talented artists who help create our one-of-a-kind seasonal prints. Here are some of the artists who have helped curate our current collection:

Carrie Hawkins, Pearly Gates Designs

Carrie is the designer of our new Cinco Chic print, a fun design in our Spring 2025 collection. The Cinco Chic print was inspired by the vibrant traditional embroidery style of the Otomi people of Mexico. Carrie says she was drawn to the bold, beautiful colors and felt inspired to reflect their storytelling style in the design. Storytelling is always a big part of her creative process, so it felt like the perfect opportunity to add a personal touch. Since both Anne + Reeves and Pearly Gates Designs are Texas-founded, she included native animals from our hometowns. In fact, the morning she painted the design, a jackrabbit darted across her path—it felt like the perfect sign to weave it into the artwork!

Lauren Sibley, Sibley Design

Lauren Sibley Brasseaux is an artist and invitation designer. She and her husband Trent, have three boys, Peter, and the twins, Sonny & Sanders, in Lafayette, La. Lauren is honored and thankful to design the clothing patterns her boys wear through Ann Reeves. The majority of Lauren’s designs are inspired by traditional holiday images and sweet southern esthetic.

CAROLINE PRILENSKI, MARGARET CAROLINE DESIGN

Caroline is a Southern artist and pattern designer based in Alabama with Georgia roots. A mother to Savannah Caroline and Margaret Bell, she creates watercolor patterns inspired by heirlooms and cherished traditions. Her work reflects her mission of art that honors tradition and keepsakes made for generations to come, capturing the timeless charm of the South in every design. Caroline feels dearly blessed and grateful for the opportunity to create alongside the Ann + Reeves team.

Lydia Ryals, LydMothersYoung

Lydia is a watercolorist based outside of Birmingham, AL. After her daughter, Hadley, was born in the early days of the pandemic, Lydia purchased a children's watercolor set online and unlocked an entirely new world of wonder and beauty. Since 2020, Lydia has continued to grow and refine her watercolor practice, expanding her work beyond original heirloom pieces to collaborate closely with stationery and textile designers. This evolution has allowed her to bring her signature style into a wide range of creative projects. As the founder of LydmothersYoung and Lydia’s Designer Collective, she gets the incredible opportunity to combine her love for art with a passion for supporting and uplifting fellow creatives in the stationery and textile industries.
