Refund policy

Returns

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on non-customized, non-personalized items (including monogrammed items) within 5 days of delivery. Items must be received back to Ann + Reeves Kids within 14 days of receiving a return label. All items in the sale section are considered final sale. Item purchased with promo codes greater than 20% are considered final sale. All custom and personalized items are final sale and will be customized based off the information provided by the customer when purchasing. To initiate a return, please email us at returns@annreeveskids.com. 

Please reach out if you have any concerns with your order. We are not responsible for delays or mishandling of items due to mail carriers. We will do our best to support a resolution should an issue arise.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for returning the item in its original condition. A shipping and handling fee of $8.00 will be deducted from the refund provided to the customer. Refunds will be issued once items are returned.
