If you're asking for a status on a custom order, please note that each product page specifies that custom orders will be fulfilled in 8-12 weeks. Changes to custom orders can be made within 24 hours of ordering, but are unable to be changed or cancelled after that.
Sizing
Size charts are available here. Please note sizing may vary up to 1/2" due to handmade nature of the item.
Shipping
Processing time
Processing time may vary by items. Custom items always take 8-12 weeks and can not be changed or cancelled. We are not responsible for delays due to missing order information. Ready to ship items will ship within 5 business days unless ordered with items that are not ready to ship or ordered as part of a large sale (greater than 20% off). Sale shipments can incur extra shipping time.
Shipping
All items will be shipped out to customers when the entirety of the order has arrived. If you need individual pieces sooner, please reach out. While it is not guaranteed, we might be able to adjust your order (processing times still apply). Expedited shipping times on custom orders do not imply that the order will be completed sooner than 8-12 weeks, just that the shipping time from our warehouse to you will be expedited.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on non-customized, non-personalized items (including monogrammed items) within 5 days of delivery. Items must be received back to Ann + Reeves Kids within 14 days of receiving a return label and in original condition. All items in the sale section are considered final sale. Item purchased with promo codes greater than 20% are considered final sale. All custom and personalized items are final sale and will be customized based off the information provided by the customer when purchasing. All preorders and presales can only be exchanged for store credit or another item. To initiate a return, please email us at returns@annreeveskids.com.
Please reach out if you have any concerns with your order. We are not responsible for delays or mishandling of items due to mail carriers. We will do our best to support a resolution should an issue arise.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for returning the item in its original condition. Ann + Reeves is not responsible for any items that have been washed or worn. A shipping and handling fee of $8.00 will be deducted from the refund provided to the customer. Refunds will be issued once items are returned.
