We at Ann + Reeves Kids deeply regret the delays that have affected our orders this past year, especially the significant backlog from April that only shipped in October. We want to be fully transparent with our customers and acknowledge that a series of unfortunate events—both personal and professional—led to these delays. This includes an unexpected tornado in Houston that impacted our operations, as well as unforeseen illness among key team members. We understand how these delays caused frustration, and we take full responsibility for not meeting the high standards you expect from us.

We are committed to ensuring that these issues do not happen again. As part of our response, we have implemented new procedures to streamline our production process and improve our efficiency, allowing us to deliver on time moving forward. For custom orders placed after October 1st, we guarantee no further delays, with deliveries occurring within the promised 8-12 week window. Custom orders are hand-crafted and require more time to complete, so please allow us the necessary time to create something special for you.

Looking ahead to 2025, we are excited to bring back the classic designs our customers have come to love, while also introducing fun new staples. We are also introducing quicker ship options for some of our designs to offer more flexibility and convenience for our valued customers.
